Potato or macaroni salad, sandwiches, deviled eggs,cole slaw
Dip fries in it!
Oh and back in the day - I used it as an inexspensive hair mask - yep - smelled like potato salad for the rest of the day but my hair was nice and smooth and moisturized! Cost a heck of a lot less then all those things in the store too!
Make tuna, egg or chicken salad, add ketchup to make a good russian dressing, actually can go with cold cuts and a host of other food. It's a great condiment.
Mix it with boiled eggs for my sandwiches
