Even if you don't have the recipe, what's your favorite kind? I made an Apple-Lemon-Cinnimon one this morning and damn was it good...

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

flavored ice pops
ice
gingerale

1) Get a blender.
2) Put ice pops in blender.
3) Add ice.
4) Mix in blender for 1 minute.
5) Add A little soda.
6) Mix for 2 minutes, if it is still chunky add a little more soda.
7) If it is still chunky after the 1st part of step 6, add the soda and mix until it is smoothie like.
8) Now get a cup and pour the smoothie out of the blender and into the cup.
9) Enjoy a cup of fruit smoothie.


THE OVERLOADED SMOOTHIE

1/3 cup of chopped pineapple
1/3 cup of strawberries (wash & cut off tops)
1/4 of blueberries
1/4 of chopped bananas (remove peel)
2 scoops of lime sherbert
5 ice cubes
a dash of orange juice

Put all ingredients into blender. Mix until smooth.
Enjoy!

I have a great one, strawberry yoghurt (Fat-Free) and Fresh Bananas yummy. Also My fav 3 berry and peach smoothy. Strawberry yoghurt, fresh raspberries, Fresh de-stoned cherries and some fresh strawberries, with some peeled peach slices and ice... yummy! My favourate one which I have every morning-
Strawberries, banana, low fat yoghurt, a little bit of milk and apple juice, and frozen blueberries... YUM =) This has been my breakfast for one full month now and I still haven't gotten tired of it yet . :)


buy a Braun handheld blender (looks like a squid) & it comes with a plastic mixing glass. add milk 3 parts (&/or 4oz plain yougurt) and 1 part apple juice, 1 sliced banana, 2 tbls honey (these are my base ingredients) then add whatever fresh or frozen fruit you prefer.
