Neither ... It's Malt-o-Meal all the way with me ... and at 57, I doubt I'm every going to change my favorite morning mush. I put butter, sugar and a tablespoon of cinnamon on ... it's actually tasty and the cinnamon is a pain reliever ...

Malt o meal.. with butter and sugar.. I ate it growing up and still love it !

Cream of wheat...butter, sugar and milk...

yummy!

I have never had Grits but I love Cream of Wheat. I like to make it a little lumpy kind of like dumplings. Then put on some butter and brown sugar. When I was growing up my mom made Cream of Wheat for my sister and me and then the dog always wanted some so she would thin his out a little bit. He always seemed to know and would wait at the stove for his Cream of Wheat. Go figure.

Both, Grits with butter and salt and pepper (cheese is good also) and cream of wheat with evaporated milk, butter and sugar. yummy!
