Oooh, yummy. You can make a lot of different things with ground pork. You can make something similar to a hamburger, you can put it in spaghetti, you can also cook up some rice and put those together...
Also, of you like the idea of having breakfast for dinner, there is always pork patties and eggs with pancakes and toast!
Another great idea though is to go to allrecipes.com and search by pork. There you will find a billion different recipes.

1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. Minute Rice, not cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (no water)
1 lb. ground pork
Saute the onion and celery in small amount of shortening. Add the ground pork and brown. Mix the soups together until blended. Add rice, onion, celery and pork. Put into buttered casserole dish and bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.

A good spicy, healthy dish for the adventurous.
1 block tofu
1/2 cup ground pork
1 tbls vegetable oil
grated garlic
grated ginger
1/4 cup soup stock {chicken or chinese}
1tbls soy sauce
hot bean paste, chinese
salt
1 tbls Cornstarch for thickening {always dissolve in cold water first, just enough water to dissolve it.
chopped green onion
Heat oil in fry pan, add garlic then ginger, sautee just enough to release the aroma. Be careful not to burn. Add pork and cook until color changes. Add soup stock, bean paste, soy sauce, salt and tofu. Cover and gently bring to a boil. Add dissolved cornstarch and gently stir, cooking for about 1 min. Add green onion. Serve with rice. Once you get the hang of it, it's really fast and easy Ginger Pork
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
5 Thai chiles, chopped with seeds
1/2 cup fresh ginger (julienne)
1 lb ground pork
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 bunch green onions, sliced 1/2 inch lengths
1 bunch cilantro, cut up 1/2 inch
1 large yellow onion, cut into wedges
Heat oil in wok.
Add 1st 3 ingredients till fragrant.
Add ground pork cook till no pink.
Add yellow onion cook about 2 minutes.
Add green onions cook another 2 minutes.
Add cilantro and fish sauce; cook 1 more minute.
When cooking last 3 ingredients, use you judgment on how you like the firmness of them--you might want to cook more or less. I like mine a little firmer.
Serve with jasmine rice.

8 ounces day-old white bread, in cubes
water or milk, for soaking
2 lbs ground lean pork
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
salt and pepper
Soak cubed bread in enough water or milk to cover.
When soft, squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the bread, pork, onion, sage, salt, and pepper.
Mince mixture in a food processor.
Lightly grease a loaf tin.
Place mixture in tin, pressing down firmly and evenly.
In a preheated 375F oven, bake 1 1/2- 2 hours.
If top browns too quickly, slip aluminum foil over the tin.
Let stand in the tin 10- 15 minutes, then turn onto a rack to cool completely.

Yes you can make pasta with it.I have its just like ground beef or ground chuck.You can make spagetti,hamburger helper,and even hamburgers.Try it you will love it.Its just like hamburger meat just ground pork instead.Go for it. You can easily make a hamburger with ground pork, but if you add a little fennel, just a little red pepper, salt and black pepper to the mix...you can fry it up as Italian sausage!
Ground pork makes really good sloppy joe. Or you could brown it with onion/garlic/tomatoes and make a porkalicious meat ragout. I have also done pork loaf and dumpling fillings with it.
