I bought my ground beef like 4 days ago. I left it in the fridge. The outside was brown and inside was red. Is it ok to eat, if cooked long enough like 20 minutes

if it smells ok and isnt slimy then cook it well and you should be okay. It has to get above 160 degrees when cooked all the way through. But dont take chances if you question. Illness is not worth the savings.

It's probably fine as long as it doesn't smell bad. First, check the date to see if it is expired. The refrigeration will cause the outside of the ground beef to turn brownish. It should still be pink on the inside. Also make sure to smell it. If it has an odor, just throw it away.
