Kitty said: Yes.Ground beef Brown?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Ground beef Brown?),it will help you,my kids.
I bought my ground beef like 4 days ago. I left it in the fridge. The outside was brown and inside was red. Is it ok to eat, if cooked long enough like 20 minutes
Answers:
if it smells ok and isnt slimy then cook it well and you should be okay. It has to get above 160 degrees when cooked all the way through. But dont take chances if you question. Illness is not worth the savings.
Other Answers:
Cook until it is entirely brown.
Some people like a little pink, but it's a risk.
This happens all the time.
If it's brown all the way through...then think about it.

It's probably fine as long as it doesn't smell bad. First, check the date to see if it is expired. The refrigeration will cause the outside of the ground beef to turn brownish. It should still be pink on the inside. Also make sure to smell it. If it has an odor, just throw it away.
smell it and check the sell by date. should be ok. it turns that color from exposure to air
It's fine! The best restaurants sell "aged angus steak"This happens all the time.

It's probably fine, but you'll know for sure if the smell hits you in the face. I agree with the other two posts but when it doubt I would throw it away.
cook it until it is cooked all the way, no pink showing.
