Here are a couple:

Easy Roast

This roast is fundamentally delicious and takes 10 minutes to prepare.

1 good sized roast, the flat kind (about an inch think and 10 inches long)
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
? can water
1 packet Lipton onion soup
2 potatoes cut (optional)
2 carrots cut (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Make one large piece of aluminum foil by placing 2 pieces on top of one another and then folding the long end over by about ? inch twice. Then open it up to one big piece. I use heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Place foil in the bottom of a 9x12 inch roasting pan.
Place roast in the foil.

In four cup measuring cup whisk soup and water. Pour over roast.

Very slowly sprinkle onion soup on top of roast. Bullion will come out first, then the onions. That’s what you want.

Place carrots and potatoes around the roast.

Fold aluminum foil over to seal well.

Bake at 350 for 3 hours. (or at 375 for 2 if you are in a hurry)

Chana Masala (Spicy but very tasty dish from an Indian woman in my office)

Ingredients:

1 can Chickpeas rinse it thoroughly
1 Medium Onion chopped
1 Medium Tomato chopped
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 Green chili paper chopped (that's pepper)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2 teaspoon (that's butter)
2 tablespoons oil.
1/2 to 1 teaspoon spice powder (that's curry)

Preparation:

Take medium size pot put it on the cooking range and turn it on for 3 minutes.
Make sure no water in the pot and then add oil .
Once oil is warm add chopped onions, ginger, green chili paper and fry them until they turn into golden brown.
Then add chopped tomatoes and fry them 5 minutes.
Then add salt, spice powder and butter (I can't believe it's not butter is also fine) just cover the pot (don't mix it).
After 5 minutes add chickpeas and 1 cup of water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

That's all she wrote. Put the garlic in with the ginger, etc. Also she said to mix it even though in the recipe she said not to. I think it's kind of forgiving.

I made it with couscous and it is yummy, albeit sorely lacking in meat.

www.kraftfoods.com It's a great website that has reviews and everything. I know that my mother uses it and loves it to death.

I've used recipes from all of these.
