Answers:
ahhh yes, I love wings. Here is how to do it. Marinate wings with some type of wing sauce that you choose. Use one the is very liquidy. Put wings on a baking pan. Pour enough wing sauce that every wing is half way covered in sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. turn em too some time. you will see the wings will suck up a lot of sauce. take em out and eat em. you can grill em to, but i don't recommend it.

Other Answers:
You can coat them with lots of different things, depending on the taste you want. You could also boil them and then season them and then grill.

12 to 14 wings- cook time in oven 70 minutes if moving to the grill/if you are not moving to the grill cook wings for 70 minutes then broil wings for an extra for 1 to 3 minutes (be careful not to burn):
take 2 cookie sheets and line with heavy duty aluminum foil. TAKE A DEEP ALUMINUM PAN AND LINE WITH HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL AND HAVE ANOTHER PIECE READY TO COVER YOUR WINGS AFTER PLACING THEM IN THE PAN. SET THE PAN AND EXTRA SHEET ASIDE. DO NOT WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE TO DO THIS. spray both foil lined cookie sheets generously with pam. heat your oven to 400 degrees. for sauce use 1/2 bottle of franks hot sauce, 4 to 5 sprays of butter, and 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce(stir well). cover sauce bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. if you wish more heat add 4 to 5 drops of tobasco. if you prefer sweeter or more of a barbecue flavor sauce use 1 1/2 cup of franks, 4 to 5 sprays of butter, and 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce(stir well). season your wings with cavendars greek seasoning. just season the top side of the wings to prevent from being to salty.
place wings, seasoned side up, on one tray. move the other foil lined pan to the side. place the wings in the oven and cook for 35 minutes on 400 degrees. turn the oven to 375 degress. remove the wings from the oven and transfer the wings to the second tray. be sure you sprayed pam on this foil lined tray before transferring the wings to the new tray. place the wings in the oven, seasoned side up, and cook for another 35 minutes on 375 degrees. if you do deside to get the crispy taste by broiling your wings, then move your oven to broil and let the wings cook until you see them browning. be careful not to burn. flip the wings over and broil for another minute or so(watch carefully.
if you are going to transfer the wings to the grill then make sure you have a moderate fire(not real hot). have your fire on one end of the grill. spread the wings out on the opposite end of the grill for indirect cooking. rotate the wings, closest to the fire are moved to the back and the fartherest is moved closest to the fire for equal cooking.
DO NOT COOK YOUR WINGS OVER THE FIRE. the wings will already be done after cooking them in the oven, so 15 to 20 minutes would probably be the cook time depending on your fire.
if you have a small grill then build your fire to one side (moderate heat) and stack your wings on top of each other. rotate the wings from top to bottom, miidle to top, middle to bottom. so on and so on. in a small grill your coals should not be as hot as in a larger grill. THE LAST FEW MINUTES OF COOKING HEAT YOUR SAUCE UP AGAIN FOR 25 SECONDS.
when the wings are done place them in a pan lined with heavy duty aluminum foil, pour the sauce over the wings, cover with another piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and shake for a few seconds. DO NOT OPEN FOR 15 MINUTES.
note: the reason you use 2 cookie sheets is because a lot of grease will be on the first cookie sheet. if you do not use a fresh cookie sheet your wings will be very greasy.
also, use tongs and not a barbecue fork. good luck and enjoy!

Put flour, seasoning salt, and garlic in a plastic bag. Add a few wings at a time, shake well to coat. Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Lay wings on cookie sheet and spray all of them again with Pam, making sure you cover them well with the Pam. Bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning once after 50 minutes or so. They turn out really crispy, like fried chicken but no mess.
