platypus is too weak in flavor, i recommend u marinate your platypus in red wine over nite to enhance it natural flavors.......but if u ask me bin the whole platypus, elephant idea and get yourself a nice fresh piece of dolphin or baby harp seal........you wont look back....bon appetite
