i have a real problem with the so called organic food waggon.
how can a company say that their bread is organic, wheat is grown in the ground (yea?) under ground is a water table that feeds the whole area (yea?) so if farmer A uses chemicals the via the water table it transfers to farmer B. Oops
same as grass who eat grass? Cows, Sheep nothing can be 100% free of nasties
Its a good money spinner
Just my opinion
You wont see any physical changes, but in the long run it will help you. All those toxins put into your body do harmful things to your liver. Just think of all the people suffering from cancer, it has to do with all the preservatives and pesticides, and, well you get it.
