Mars Bar Slice
3 Mars Bars
90g/3 oz butter
3 cups rice bubbles/rice krispies
Topping:
200g/6-7oz chocolate (dark or milk according to preference)
30g/1oz butter
Grease a shallow pan 19cm x 29 cm (8" x 12"). Combine chopped Mars Bars
and butter in a saucepan, stirring constantly over low heat without
boiling, until mixture is smooth. Stir in rice bubbles. Press into
prepared pan, spread with topping. Refrigerate until set before
cutting. Keeps one week.
Topping: Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave or over
simmering water. Stir until smooth.
