Kitty said: Yes.Has anyone heard of roasted radishes?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Has anyone heard of roasted radishes?),it will help you,my kids.
I wrote this recipe down years ago but now can't find it, even online. It was very simple- toss them in some oil w/spices and bake in oven. A great low-carb substitute for roasted potatoes. Anyway, I can't remember the spices or the temperature/time to cook with.
Answers:
dash onion powder as well as some garlic seasoned salt too roast in 350 oven in single layer bout 15 min yummy
Other Answers:
Are you sure it was radishes? Maybe it was sweet potatoes, or even beets (both are delicious when roasted).
Then again, radishes are cheap, so why not just go ahead and try it? what have you got to lose?

Interesting idea, can anyone say what they taste like? Is it like roasting garlic, do they get mellow and is there enough natural sugars to caramelise and make them sweeter?
