I've used mine ... once. That should answer your question. Actually, it made pretty good espresso (though of course that's only as good as your beans), but I found it too fiddly and a bit of a mess.
I'd probably use it again if I was making it for someone else, but I can live without a daily dose of espresso so it's just not worth the effort for me.
