Try this cottage pie recipe;
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 large onion chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
560g/1? lb beef mince (ground beef)
400g/14oz can tomatoes
290ml/10fl oz beef stock
1 bay leaf
fresh thyme leaves from 1 sprig
2 tbsp tomato purée
salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the topping:
parsnips, potato and horseradish mash
750g/1? lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
225g/8oz parsnips, peeled and chopped
2 tsp creamed horseradish
75g/2?oz butter
55ml/2fl oz milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion and carrot and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
3. Add the minced beef and cook for 3 minutes to brown.
4. Add the tomatoes, purée, beef stock, bay leaf and thyme.
5. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season.
6. Make the mash: boil the potatoes and parsnips in water until soft. Drain and mash with the butter and milk. Stir in the horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
7. Spoon the meat into an ovenproof dish. Top with the mash and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

1 can campbells tomato soup
1 six ounce bag of egg noodles
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
man, just fry the beefies, and drain the fat, boil the noodles, stir a can of the soup into the drained noodles, stir in the ground beef, place in casserole dish and top with the grated cheddar- bake in the oven until the cheese on top is golden brown. I swear, it's really good. a little variation i add is mixing in a half cup of chopped onions....good luck, and please tell me if you try it and if you did, what did you think?

2 cans veg-all(drained)
2 cans mushroom soup
2-boil in bag white rice (cooked)

Ground Beef Stroganoff
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup beef broth
1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles
DIRECTIONS:
Break up ground meat into a large skillet, and add onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Cook and stir over medium heat until the meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and beef broth. Stir into beef mixture, and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not stir too much.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain. Serve sauce over hot noodles.
