yes, I have tried, make sure you wash off the residue ice cream and use a pre-heated metal dish in the oven. careful they cook really fast. ;)

It's cheaper and easier to buy the tube of cookie dough. However, if someone wanted to go through all that trouble for the 5 tiny cookies they might get, then sure I'd try them. But I'd need a tiny glass of milk to go with it.

go to www.foodnetwork.com it would almost be easier to saute them in a frying pan. But it sounds Delicious!!!
That is a very interesting question. I never would have thought of that.
I think that rather than have to pull the little balls out of cookie dough ice cream I'd be mixing up a batch of real dough for cookies.That's an interesting idea, but I like the cookie dough balls in the ice cream, not out of it! You know how tiny stuff is so cute? These cookies would be adorable! I would eat them, totally. But it would be time consuming, to pick those little pieces out one by one!
Now I'm going to have to ruin that perfectly good quart of ice cream. I'm sure there won't be enough to satisfy the cookie craving....
