Use light or fat free mayo. As a side, I like crasins (sun dried cranberries that are totally deliscious and healthy. The only ingredients are cranberries and sugar.), various fruits and veggies tossed together to make a supersalad, dry cheerios (sounds weird but I love them) or a tall glass of milk to wash it all down.
tuna is great....use whole wheat and mayo is loaded with fat but sooooo yummy if its hellmans....but if you like mustard have as much as you like but go easy on the mayo...enjoy :)
