I just tried to heat up some garlic sauce for my pizza in the microwave and it had a little piece of metal on it and the microwave did something wierd...What happened? Should I freak out? Did it do something to my garlic sauce or ruin my microwave?

Eh, dont worry about it. Just take out the metal and reheat the food.
Throw water in it.
Yes... you'll have to throw the whole microwave away now! Those sparks put microscopic holes in the microwave seal! If you use it again you'll be exposing yourself to micro waves! Very dangerous! Tell your parents they'll know what to do. ;)
it is just the microwave's idiot user alarm thats all.

what happend was the micro cut off. you should freak out cause
1. unplug the microwave.
2. use a glove to retrieve your garlic sauce.
3. use knife to take out metal.
no ur fine. there is some mircowaves that it wont do that but i did that growing like when i was 10 and my parents had the mirowave for another 12 yrs its all good. no harm done!
