she has Alzheimer's so she is no help with the recipe. It tasted like pizza, it was delicious. She most likely got it out of a magazine between 1950 and 1980. It was in a pie crust and had eggs, grated zuchini, cheese and ? I know it did not contain tomatoes, mustard, or any kind of meat. I have tried twelve versions off of the internet so far and no luck. Please help me before I subject my family to another Monsterpiece!

Total Time:
Ingredients:
4 cups coarsely shredded zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 tbsp. margarine
1 md. onion, sliced
1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
1-3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
3 tbsp. cornstarch

1-1/4 cups skim milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions:
Place zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt and oregano; toss to mix. Let stand 1 hour.
With the back of a spoon, press out as much moisture as possible in zucchini. There should be about 1 cup pressed zucchini. Melt margarine in a skillet. Add zucchini and onion. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the bottom of the baked pastry shell. Cover with zucchini mixture. Stir together cornstarch and pepper in a small bowl. Add a small amount of cold milk to cornstarch; stir in remaining milk until smooth. Add eggs; mix well. Pour over zucchini mixture in pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over pie. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.

Get a frozen puff pastry dough and let it thaw then put it over a Pammed cookie sheet.
Take 2.5 pounds of zook and grate half on a box grater, add generous salt and let stand 30 min. for curing.
Cut remaining zook into 1/4' slices and blanch for 1 min in boiling water.
Thinly slice one onion and saute with butter 5-6 min until soft then combine all zook and cook 5-7 min. Then let cool.
Slice 10 cherry tomatoes in half and add to zook with 1 cup crumbled feta and 1/2 cup ricotta.
Arrange sliced zook on pastry and smear the other zook/cheeses/tomato on top
Spice/herb to taste
Bake for 15 minutes then brush top with melted butter and cook for 10 minutes more.
Remove and let cool. I think you mean a zucchini quiche....

I'm sorry to hear about your Grandma. My Grandpa also had Alzheimer's disease and it is a horrible thing to have to go through. Unfortunately, I don't have a recipe like the one you mentioned. The one that I make is more like a quiche and contains Bisquick, eggs, parmesan cheese, grated zucchini, etc. Sorry I can't be of help! Your recipe sounds delicious! I can't help u with this one, but maybe if you go to your local library they can help.
ask your mom if she has the resipe written down
