Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Help, is this meat spoiled yet!?),it will help you,my kids.
It is a huge salmon filet from the grocery. I bought it last week on Friday, March 24. I believe it was previously frozen by the store, then thawed before selling. It has a sell by date of Saturday, March 25. We froze it on Friday night after opening it and using some. We thawed it this afternoon, March 27, by running hot water on it and leaving it sitting out. I can't smell whether it smells OK because I have a cold. Do you think it is OK?
Answers:
if u can't smell and you got a cat, cut a small portion and let the cat smell it. cats have excellent smelling senses and they never eat rotten food. try it u won't loose.
Other Answers:
Let me smell it,......... PHEW! NO WAY!
If it was previously frozen, thawed and then you froze it again you should not use it as it is possible to get serious food poisoning even if it doesn't smell. bring it to your neighbor and ask.
Don't eat that.
If you cook it good enough, it should be fine. This is my motto for anything i'm not sure about..."when in doubt, throw it out" Nothing is worth getting sick. Sometimes people die from food poisoning. I have seen some really awful cases in my job.

Nurse if it smells like aquarium water with dead fish on it then don't eat it
well,it seems as though you are already sick so if it is bad and you eat it, it may kill ya!
I bcan help you with this q. I work in the food industry. Packaged seafood comes to the store frozen and is kept frozen until they put them on the shelf to sell. It thaws there but is still refrigerated. When placing it on the floor that's when the sell by date is placed on it. After the frozen...thawed...frozen... thawed quickly method...I'd not eat it. It's always best to be safe not sorry. Seafood is easy to spoil but hard to detect. This piece of fish has undergone too many temperature changes and the integrity of the flesh has been compromised - A you won't like it B. there is a danger of bacteria If you don't want to get sick then throw it away
I think you should err on the side of caution and throw it out. Fresh fish should be cooked and eaten on the same day it was purchased. When in doubt, throw it out. It's not worth getting sick. (It's also not advisable to freeze something that you suspect has been previously frozen.)
I wouldn't eat it.. But I am very picky and won't even touch left overs even if they have only been in the fridge overnight. If it isn't bad the texture is shot from freezing and thawing so many times. Refreeze it and throw it away right before the garbage person gets there so no animals will get it. Fresh fish should be eaten fresh-not more than a day or two old. After that it looses all it's quality. Even IQF or immediately quick frozen fish should be eaten as soon as they are thawed. Save yourself a bad dining experience and possibly from getting sick. Next time buy a smaller fish or invite the neighbors! If you have to ask, then just go buy some that's fresh. Its cheaper to buy it again than to pay the med. bills if its gone bad. Salmonella poisoning is nothing to mess with. You have to be very careful with fish.
