chicken
heavy cream
jar of spaghetti sauce
and of course the stuff like butter, seasoning, milk....
any suggestions?

You will get almost 500 hits. A lot of them are from pages with multiple recipies, so you may not find any recipe with all your ingredients, but it's>==============================...
you could replace the hot dogs with little pieces of boiled chicken.
