Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Hey Mom, What's for dinner?),it will help you,my kids.

What are you having for dinner tonight? Share your favorite dinner meals and if I choose yours to have for dinner, you'll get 10 points. If you have a favorite recipe, feel free to share that too.
By the way, we're having meatloaf and potatoes but the kids refuse to eat it. More for me and they get to cook their own dinner and clean up both messes. That's the deal if they don't eat my cooking. Guess I need your help in how to please the whole family. HELP!!!!!

i want steak,green beans,and mashpotatoes, mmmmmmmmmm

Chili Mac. one prepared box of mac & cheese and dump a can of hormel in it. Kids will eat it up.

make some mac and cheese
get a casserole dish mix some peas in it the mac and cheese
cut up some spam in little chunks and spread on top of mac and cheese bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the spam is sizzling. It is really good and pretty dish with the green pink and yellow of the mac and cheese. Yummy now I am hungry

I know this sounds a bit odd but kids love it and it is fast and easy. You boil a pack of hot dogs while making a box of mac and chez when that is all done you mix the both and add a can of green beans. GOOD FAST EASY Taco Salad!!!!!
Lettuce, tomato, croutons, cheese, maybe some ground beef, definitely beans (not the sweet ones), ranch dressing....
scrumptious!

mac and cheese Don't make seperate meals to please everyone. If they won't eat the meatloaf then they are on their own. Have you ever made a meatloaf with cream of mushroom soup? It's killer. Just mix your meat, eggs, about 3/4's of a can of soup and filler together. After baking awhile drain the grease from the meat and top it off with the rest of the soup. Bake a little longer and viola, you are done. Meatloaf is also good if you mix half beef and half ground pork, ground chicken, or ground turkey. Your choice of the other half.

Wow - the kids must love dinner at your house! My kids (daughter and husband) get what I make...and that's it. It's never a problem for my husband...who is a human garbage disposal, it seems...but it's a different story with my daughter. I can't give her an option, or I'd be making two different meals every night!

On tonight's menu: Chick-fil-A! We were out and about at dinner time...and that was the easiest thing. Had we been at home it would have been (very yummy) leftover lasagna.

I'm not sharing a recipe and can't really help you on pleasing the whole family...because that rarely happens in my own household. Wish I could have been more help!

:o)

ham and cheese with garlic bread! thats all well I didn't cook tonight "took the night off" so everyone had a bowl of cereal and cleaned up after themselves. After all don't we "Moms" deserve a day off once in a while?????

and as for pleasing the whole family? Good luck but I do suggest having your family write what they would like and put the pieces of paper in a bean pot and drawing them out the week before and schedule taking turns helping you make their dinner. If they have to work as hard as you and find that nobody appreciates the effort maybe the attitude will change at the dinner table....it's worth a try.

This website is the one that I first chanced upon when I was bored. As I don't have much ingredients,I usually just browse there...You could search recipes etc..in Yahoo but it depends on you because you just want to cajole the kids to eat your dinner.Kids can be easily happy as long as you give them what they want(their favourite snack?), as for more information,go to Parent on this Yahoo!Ask.You could ask experienced parents and grandparents on tips for this too!(I am not sure!)

http://kid.allrecipes.com/ I have already posted this receipe on another question but here it is again. This I think is a kid favorite meal. I have a good recipe that is usually a favorite for kids and adults. Try a chicken and stuffing casserole. All you need is a greased casserole dish that is about a quart size. I am sorry I can't describe the size of the dish. You will need boneless chicken cut up into cubes, a can of Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken, OR Cream of Chicken with Herbs which I recommend. It just gives it so much flavor. Then prepare a box of Chicken flavor Stove Tope Stuffing. Then put your chicken and soup in the dish and mix it up. Then top it with the stuffing and bake it in the oven uncovered for about 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees. It is a really good receipe. I hope that you can read this easily.

I am having Cajun Chicken, Sausage, and Rice....
Here's the recipe, it is SUPER!!

Chicken, Sausage, & Rice

6 chicken thighs(about 2 pounds) skin removed
1 pound lean smoked sausage, cut in 1" pieces
2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1 can(14oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules(or cubes)
4 bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups instant rice(brown or white)

1. Rinse chicken & pat dry. In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery slow cooker, place sausage, peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, bouillion, bay leaves, thyme leaves, & garlic powder. Stir to blend.

2. Top with chicken & sprinkle with black pepper. Cover & cook on low for 8hrs. or until chicken is done & vegetables are tender.

3. Add rice; stir gently, yet thoroughly to blend. Cover & cook 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove bay leaves and chicken bones, before serving.

You accually fix this on top of the stove. It just takes more liquid, so I usually add a small tomato sauce and water.
