The Indian Family structure seems to be very strong, and the idea that elder-ship in a family is important still remains.
Where America believes that each man or woman should strive for their own castle and fortune, this does not seem to be the case for the Indian culture. Families stay together through much of their individual lives.
I may be wrong, but I believe this is an attribute that Western societies should re-embrace.
I also love the food.
