You can mix orange marmalade with a little bit of soy sauce and heat it lightly in a sauce pan. OR you can thin peanut butter with some rice (or other kind) of vinegar, soy sauce, pinch of sugar and some red pepper flakes (or something else spicy). See if you have some powdered ginger and put a little of that into either sauce. Good success. You made my hungry.
