Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Home-made bagel question!?),it will help you,my kids.
I always make more bagel than we can eat same day. So my questions are:
1) how can I "refresh"/warm the bagels next day?
2)can I deepfreeze them? if yes, when:raw? after boiling? after baked?
Answers:
Freeze what you don't use in freezer bag in the amount you will need at one time. When you need them, pull them out to defrost first (by doing this they won't get hard) After they are thawed out either microwave them on baked good or toast them in your toaster
Other Answers:
you would BOIL a bagel?
i would try sealing them in a ziplock baggie and then only keeping them for, at max, two days. then you could warm the bagel for 3 secs in the microwave. Freeze after baking.
To re heat, slice in half and spread with margarine and put in fry pan long enough to melt the margarine or toast in a toaster. or wrap in paper towel and set in micro for 15 seconds
