Dippin' Dots are beads of cryogenically frozen ice cream. We use a combination of natural ice cream ingredients, the same found in conventional ice cream, and flash freeze it into tiny beads. The ice cream is then packaged and shipped to retailers..

yeah man watch food network or look up old shows on it it was on a couple days ago about ice cream and it showed how dippin dots were made was made i know its at like -300 degrees F though
I saw it made on the Food Network. I wish I could buy it in a store, I love Dippin Dots. It's the best ice cream ever!!!
