How do I keep the muffin wrappers from sticking to the muffins!? Often when I bake muffins, using muffin/cupcake liners, the liners end up sticking to the muffins, causing the muffins to tear apart when the liners are removed!? How can I prevent this from happening!? Should I just not use the liners at all and just grease the muffin tins!? Any hints would be appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers: I've noticed that if you let them sit in the pan abit after you've taken them out of the oven, they slip right out!.!.!.!.if you try and peel them hot, that's when they stick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i just mad muffins this afternoon and i used the aluminum/metallic wrappers in teh tins and then sprayed pam all around and my muffins practically FELL out of the wrappers!.!.i was soo happy ahah

the kind i used come with the paper ones in between!.so it goes aluminum wrapper/paper wrappe/aluminum wrapper!.!.!.!.!.so yeah i just seperated the two kinds and used the aluminum ones and saved the paper ones for some other time!.!.!.but im pretty sold on the aluminum ones along with pamWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes I give the muffin liners a light spray of non-stick baking spray!. I prefer Baker's Joy, Pam with Flour, or other sprays that have the flour in them!. These work better for baking than the ones without flour!.

Then again, if you are using one of these sprays, you might as well just skip the liners all together and just spray/grease the pan!.

sometimes they just stick!.!.!.!.hard to say why

I always use non stick spray (load up the tin) and they come out nicer and don't waste your muffin bits :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I spray my cupcake liners with cooking spray (Pam) before filling them with batter!. It helps keep the muffins from sticking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about dusting the muffin liner w/ flour!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pam spray!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

spray on grease/oil then lightly flour; it will come out with ease!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with the too hot answer!. Some recipes say "let sit for 10 minutes" but others don't!. Perhaps they all should!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
