TOFU CHOCOLATE PUDDING
1 lb!. soft tofu
1/4 c!. salad oil
3/4 c!. granulated sugar
1/4 c!. cocoa
1 tsp!. vanilla
Blend tofu, all ingredients until smooth and creamy!. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill until firm!.
CHOCOLATE:
1 lb!. soft tofu
1 (6 oz!.) pkg!. semi-sweet pieces
1 c!. sugar, granulated
1/4 c!. butter
Dash of salt
1 tsp!. vanilla
Blend tofu, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and creamy!. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat!. Gradually blend into mixture!. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill!. Makes 3 cups!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
