I like my steaks marinated or just seasoned and cooked on the grill. I like them cooked to medium. I want them to be tender and juicy. I love a great piece of meat.
rib eye medium rare just salt and pepper with a cold sam adams
Fillet Mignon, seasoned with salt & pepper, and cooked medium rare
I love all steaks with NO bone. And I like it medium rare (well done takes all the flavor away) And I love it marinated!
Porterhouse, 24oz. rubbed with Lawry's, garlic powder and black pepper, grilled over hardwood charcoal to medium rare. Throw in a baked potato with butter and sour cream and a mixed greens salad with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with a bit of crumbled gorgonzola. Nice.
Bare with just a frou-frou apron.
Medium well done works for me, cos when I see the red coming out when I eat, it puts me out of eating it. I like it marinated and depending on the time factor, then its just seasoned with salt and pepper and sauted onions.
bone in rib-eye, meduim rare with salt!
I go for any, but i prefer fillet mignon if i have the money. Fillet mignon is so tender and juicy, it is the perfect steak. I prefer all my steak to be medium rare, i don't mind the redness and blood.

Well done, I like it marinated and also sometimes simply with salt and pepper. I only eat beef occasionally though.
