Maybe this sounds strange to you, (normal) people but what I do is use a new plastic box cutter, cut big, thick chunks of chicken meat, ( no bones ) off a whole raw chicken, as well as some strips of skin, bread it all in a mixture of, (Jiffy Mix, pancake mix and flour), then deep fry it, wow is that ever good eatin! P.S. The reason I use a box cutter is it seems to cut through the raw chicken much better then any knives I have!
