I like Frank's original cayenne pepper sauce. It's got more flavor than heat.

I like my hot sauce to have very little vinegar (unless I'm putting it on fried food), and lots of flavor (like Tapatio).

If I'm going for heat, I like Dave's Insanity. One drop will heat a pot of beef stew. I can't eat it straight.

mild hot sauce..usually taco bell. HOT HOT HOT!!! i like making my own.

With flavor, not too vinegary like tobasco, it's good to cook with but that's about it. Tapatio is good for flavor, kinda mild with a slight kick, dave's insanity sauce if you want it HOT HOT HOT!! The spicy garlic wings at buffalo wild wings mixed with their wild sauce (in between the hot and their blazin') is the best!

I tend to like it on the hotter side with a smoky flavor, possibly chipotle, and a little punch. Tabasco sauce is too bitter for me, it is like drinking vinegar. Mild to medium with just a small kick.

I like ALL kinds of hot sauce, doesn't matter if it's watery or chunky, so long as its HOT! MMMMMM!

I never seen a chunky hot sauce only chunky salsa.
I perfer my hot sauce liquid and spicy. Red Rooster for fish and Tabasco for everything else.
