1 stick butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
1 can condensed milk
Melt butter in a 9"x13" pan. Layer in order given. Press lightly. Dribble milk over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into bars when cool. Makes 24 bars
... I use extra chips and coconut... It is GREAT! Have fun

Description Seven layers of delicious items to create a rich holiday cookie
Recipe type Dessert
Ethnic type American

Preparation time 30-45 minutes
Ingredients - 2 packages (not cartons) graham crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 6-8 oz bag unsweetened chocolate chips
- 6-8 oz bag butterscoth chips
- 1 can Bordens Condensed Milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Directions 1. Crush Graham Crackers to create a fine crust.
2. Melt Butter in bottom of cake pan to be spread evenly.
3. Pour and spread crushed Graham Crackers on bottom of cake pan to create an even crust.
4. Evenly spread unsweetened chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over Graham Cracker crust.
5. Spread coconut evenly over chips.
6. Open two small holes in Condensed milk. Pour evenly over entire ingredients to cover completely. Use entire can as this is used to help keep cookie together.
7. Add chopped pecans to the top of cookie.
8. Put in preheated 350F oven for 25 to 40 minutes. Chips should be melted, but not completely.
9. Let cool, then cut to 1 inch squares and serve.
10. WARNING!!!--These cookies are very rich and very addictive. Be sure to have plenty of people around so that no one eats too many.
