Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing
3 fresh tomatillos, cut into quarters
1 package Ranch Buttermilk Dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise*
1/3 to 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and refrigerate at least one hour.
*For a thicker dressing reduce mayonnaise to 1/2 cup and add 1/2 cup sour cream to mixture.
Enjoy!

I have never been to Don Pablos, but my husband makes one that is really good. He takes Ranch dressing and pours it in a blender and adds fresh cilantro and lime juice. Blends it all together and BAM! It is delicious. When he wants it spicy, he adds jalapeno as well.
