Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(I'm eating roughly 3 eggs a day, is that bad?),it will help you,my kids.
my diet has been aweful for pretty much my whole life, it's not uncommon for me to wake up and have half a bag of oreos with a big glass of milk. so as an experiment, i've really limited my diet for the past two weeks, eating nothing but out bran, brown rice, beans, fruits, veggies, and eggs. all the other stuff is fine, but i've heard about eggs having high cholesterol, and i've been eating them with the yolks (and i usually fry them without breaking the yolk, so it's still liquid when i eat it). is eating this many eggs a day not a good idea? because i really like them :P

From Whole Food's website:
"Eggs are high in cholesterol, and health experts in the past counseled people to therefore avoid this food. (All of the cholesterol in the egg is in the yolk.) However, nutrition experts have now determined people on a low-fat diet can eat one or two eggs a day without measurable changes in their blood cholesterol levels. This information is supported by a statistical analysis of 224 dietary studies carried out over the past 25 years that investigated the relationship between diet and blood cholesterol levels in over 8,000 subjects. What investigators in this study found was that saturated fat in the diet, not dietary cholesterol, is what influences blood cholesterol levels the most."
So, cut your yolks by one if you really want three eggs. According to this article, eating eggs might actually help you loose weight.
well the whites of the eggs are the best part maybe take the yolks out of 2 of the eggs?
ahhhh......so bad
I love eggs but yes, you can run into trouble with cholesterol. Why not try them a different way? How about scrambling up one whole egg along with 2 eggs whites? Or try frying one whole and 2 egg whites?
When you scramble them you can throw in some cheese, some baby spinach or whatever you choose and really make a meal of it, add some whole grain toast and it's a great way to start your day.
Congrats on trying to eat healthy!!
3 a week would be almost too many.
I wouldn't recommend eating that many with the yolks? On the other hand my boyfriend eats 4-5 a day, but he weight lifts and I try to remove all the yolk from them on a day I am not lazy!
I don't think it is the best thing in the world to eat though, try some fresh fruit and fiber rich cereal or oatmeal instead. More satisfying and much better for you!
3 eggs is far to much because the yoke contains a lot of cholesterol. if you eat only 3 eggs a week not a day
You can have up to 4 yolks a week, unlimited whites.
