Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Answers:
I would suggest maybe smashing the bulb a head of time and adding maybe a nice marinara sauce that might be more delightful

Other Answers:
smear them with vaseline and they should slide down real easy.
put it in the freezer
then do not do it
Put 'em in the blender and make a smoothie out of 'em.
We could put some glow paint on my penis, then you could try swallowing that in the dark.
Your problem might be your trying to give headlights a swallow before starting with something smaller. My suggestion would be to go with say xmas tree lights as a start. Go with the smaller ones and work up to the bigger ones. You might find that more enjoyable in the long run....and see the light.
I could shed some light on the subject with an illuminating comment or two. But I don't wish to make light of your plight. All of this may just be a filament of your imagination. You should switch to eating other things. Try to keep current. Keep the lamp of freedom burning and you will have it made in the shade. Watt else can you do?
Try soft white bulbs instead. They're easier on the digestive system. Flourescent lighting isn't as harsh either.
Bake them at 350 for 29 minutes.
oh haha very funny!
