In Danielson, CT there is a place called the ice box. The have over a thousand cake pans that they rent out for 7.00 a use.
return it clean, do not scrub it out.
Maybe you can find a place similar to this where you are...
The ice Box is in our phone book under cake decorating.

Are you in Canada?? If so, go to the bulk Barn and they will order one for you. If you are not try your local bakery sometimes they have suppliers you will order these for you.
Have you tried Wilton's?They sell products in cake decorating stores as well as Wal-Mart and other stores.I've never paid more that $15 for a cake pan, I've bought many over the yrs depending upon my kids interests.
Get a good picture of Ariel and do a free form on a 9x13 cake. All you need is some black gel from the cake decorating section. You can just dye white frosting for your colors. Good luck!
