vegtables cut small

mix together cream cheese, tender bacon bits or dried beef
spread onto thin sliced lunch ham, roll and cut into 1" pieces put a toothpick in

Cheese and crackers. I recommend Town house light butter flavor crackers with Monterey Jack Vermont Cabot cheese.

Tortilla Appetizers
1 package super size flour tortillas, recipe uses 6 tortillas (package usually has 12)
2 - 8 ounce packages Philadelphia cream cheese - softened
? cup Kraft mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
? cup black olives, chopped
3 - 2 ? ounce packages Buddig sliced pressed cooked beef (or corned beef or ham)
(Amount of green onions and black olives can be increased according to taste.)
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in onions and olives. Divide cream cheese mixture onto 6 tortillas. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on tortilla. Arrange 5 slices of beef over cream cheese mixture. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator at least 3 hours or over night. To serve, cut in 3/4" slices. Makes 64. Stick a toothpick through each slice for easier serving.

Crab Spread
Omit olives and beef. Add 1/4 cup chopped red pepper, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 can of crab meat.

2.- mini toasts with creamcheese and salmon
3.- grapes covered in a mixture of creamcheese, roquefort and ground nuts
4.- fried brie with raspberry jelly
5.- mini toasts with tomato, mozzarella and pesto
6.- mini samosas or spring rolls
Try wrapping 1/2 slice of bacon around Waterchestnuts or chicken livers and browning under the broiler until crisp.
Or chicken salad or pimento cheese on a ritz or wafer cracker.
Shrimp salad on rye crisp
Summer sausage and cheese cubes
Broccoli, cauliflower and grape tomato or
Grape tomato and green and yellow peppers like a kebob
dipped in ranch dressing or catalina
