The brand is popular in Europe, but I couldn't find any sites that were in English. Also, it appears that all the sites were sales sites, but I didn't really look at many of them.

You might check with your local cook store or even a bed bath and beyond and even if they don't have the info that you need they may have something similar and can show you how to use it.

I looked up fiesta helper, fiesta, and kitchen also. Do you have the right brand name? Is the manufacturer fiesta helper? I think if it was you'd find it right away. Do you still have the box? I'd get the box or look at the product itself and see what name is on it. That would be more the name to look under. If it says fiesta helper on the product then I really don't know what to tell you but, go back to the place where you bought it, they should be able to give you the right information.
