1 SM. JAR MARASCHINO CHERRIES
1 [8 1/4-OZ.] CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
Combine pears, sugar, pineapple, grated orange peel & juice & lemon peel & juice. Let stand overnight. Next simmer fruit mixture slowly, stirring from time to time until thick. Takes about 1 1/2 hrs. Add cherries & juice. Pour into hot sterilized jars & seal. Makes approximately 6 half-pints.
