Ice cream making is really very easy if you have a machine to churn it.
Most ice creams are custard based (egg yolks, cream, milk, sugar). You can flavor the custard base with almost anything you like, churn it in the machine then freeze until it's set to your taste.
One of my favorites is dark chocolate chip and baileys.

i have a very simple recipee to make ice cream...
2 glass of cold milk
50 grams of cake softener
a bit of salt
1/4 cup of coconut milk
sugar as u like how sweet will the ice cream be
flavour...u can add strawberry syrup or chocolate syrup
mix it all in high speed using mixer in high speed for 30 min then put in the fridge
