Other Answers:
Best Hot Wings get a bottle of Frank's Red Hot Sauce and follow the direction on the bottle. I also Soak the wings in cold water with a little salt for about twenty minutes before putting them in the butter/hot sauce mixture. Delicious!!!
Cut all the wings at the joints and discard the wingtips or use them for chicken broth. Then either deepfry or bake the wings in the oven till cooked. Then take Franks Redhot Sauce and mix butter and microwave for a few seconds just to melt the butter. Then toss the wings in the sauce . I like to then return to the oven for a few minutes to make the sauce stick. Enjoy!!!
P.S. Dont forget the celery and bleu cheese...
Buy a bag (or however much you need) of frozen chicken wings and deep fry them according to the package directions. While you're doing that, melt half butter and half hot sauce together in a pan, making sure it's enough to coat all of the wings. When the wings are cooked, toss them in the butter and hot sauce mixture. That's how we do it in BUFFALO where wings came from, so I'm not sure if it will be the same as what you had in Florida, because southerners don't understand these things. (JK! NO HATE MAIL!)
BUFFALO WINGS FROM FLORIDA. RIGHT UP MY ALLEY. RAN A GREAT KITCHEN IN A BIKER BAR IN DAYTONA FOR 7 YEARS. DON'T USUALLY DO THIS, BUT HERE IT IS. GET YOURSELF A FRY DADDY OR SMALL FRY COOKER. GET OIL HOT. USUALLY LIGHT WILL GO OFF WHEN READY. DROP WINGS IN OIL. COOK 12 MIN. FOR REG. WINGS. AND 15 FOR CRISPY. IF THERE REALLY BIG WINGS YOU MIGHT GO 20 MIN. FOR CRISPY. DRAIN IN BOX TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE. NOW THE SAUCE. IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN MELT A STICK OF REAL BUTTER. "NOT MARGARINE"!!!! WHEN MELTED ADD "FRANKS RED HOT" ORIGINAL SAUCE. WALMART CARRIES IT. AND SAM'S.
NOT TO MUCH NOW. DON'T KNOW HOW YOU LIKE THEM. MILD, MED., HOT? YOUR FIRST TIME, YOU NEED TO TASTE AFTER STIRRING UP. WHEN YOU GET IT TO THE RIGHT TEMP. YOU WANT. COOL DOWN SLIGHTLY, AND POUR ON WINGS.
