I have never cooked shrimp before and have a bag of frozen shrimp in the freezer I want to use but have no clue how to make it or what to do, any ideas?
Answers:
Cook the pasta separately, Let the shrimp thaw in the refrigerator. When thawed, drain the water, then rinse them and dry them on some paper toweling.
In a large skillet, melt about 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter and extra virgin olive oil, Add several cloves of crushed garlic and let it warm through, add the shrimp and heat through, If the shrimp are pink they are already cooked and just need to be warmed.
Drain the pasta and toss it with the shrimp and garlic butter mixture, Sprinkle some chopped chives, or finely chopped green onion or pasley and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

7. Add scallops, remaining 1 tbsp of butter and lemon zest.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. When pasta is cooked , drain and add to a large serving bowl.
11. Top linguini with the seafood an white wine and spinkle with the chopped parsley.
12. I like to let the pasta sit for a bit covered in foil to absorb some of the sauce before serving.

This recipe is BANG'IN!!! If you don't have the scallops, don't worry about it...use all shrimp.
Saute the shrimp in butter and garlic. In a separate pan fix a box of Pasta Roni. Spoon shrimp over noodles and service with salad and rolls. Very easy!
