I would think it isn't any worse than drinking a cup or two of coffee each morning. Anytime you use caffeine you are going to later run the risk of headaches and such if you can't get your daily dose. If that is your alternative for a "rise and shine" drink, that's your choice. Some people drink latte's. :) I don't think it is much worse than most other things. thats my opinion anyway. I drink water, mostly.

It's still not good.My husband is dentist and he sees way too many white spots people are getting on thier teeth from red bull and soda.It's a real problem.Stay away from Mtn dew and red bulls...or use a straw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
