I agree with bub- a well known fact that the bad bacteria expands the air sac in the egg causing them to float, iv always eaten them if they sank in the water test and im still here! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Best way to tell is to put them in a bowl of cold water - the ones that float get tossed out!. The ones that sink are still good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
