Boneless Country Pork Ribs Recipe (Low Carb)
This boneless country pork ribs recipe takes around 2 hours of cooking time but very little interaction. The pork is rich and juicy, with a flavorful garlic and basil zest.
Ingredients:
1 package boneless country pork ribs
1/2 cup canola oil
dash salt
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
dash basil
Choose a pork that is not cut all the way through and has a decent fat layer, which limits the surface area exposed to direct heating. Sprayed the
meat with the canola oil to help lock in the juices. Then spice the pork with
salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil, more or less to your taste.
Crank your grill up to full power for 15 minutes to get the grates super
hot, then drop the pork in at the front edge of the grill. Immediately
turn down the heat on the rear burner, and turn it off on the front two.
This results in a good sear on the meat from the hot grates, and about a
200-225 degree temperature from indirect heating to cook the meat.
Turn the pork about once very 30 minutes. The overall cook time should be between 2 and 2.5 hours.
Other Answers:
boil them first, then finish them with sauce on the grill
Yes parboil them then slow cook them on the grill yea boiling makes the meat tender, easier to bite it off the bone, then you can marinate it, etc with a marinade & baste with a bbq sauce during cooking.
boil for 20 mins and then bbq for 10-15 just to get the bbq bbqee
How u gonna have a country style rib recipe, when the ribs are boneless? Without bones, it's not ribs!NEVER Boil ribs, ever, ever, ever! Brush them with yellow mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper (to taste). Slow bake at 250 degrees in your oven for around 3.5 hours. Then, for the last half hour brush with bbq sauce. THEN put on the grill for like 20 mins. If you boil the ribs all the flavor of the meat will be in the water. The meat is much more tender if slow cooked.

i also heard that you never boil ribs, that you should bake them slowly. Soak some mesquite chips overnight. Get the coals ready and surround a cake pan of water with the coals. Put some bay leaves in the pan and some chips on the coals to create smoke.
Slather your ribs with your favorite bbq sauce with some molasses added and put over the water. Close up the grill and only open about every 1/2 hour til the meat is done through and tender.
you must be from the north or know absolutely nothing about cooking especially ribs. YOU NEVER BOIL RIBS!!!
also, ribs are not ribs if there are no bones. also, ribs is one of the hardest meats to grill. unlike a hot dogs which most anyone can do. it is an art to grilling ribs. you need to find someone who has been cooking ribs for a long time. then go watch them several times. you have to have the right ribs, they need to be seasoned right, the fire needs to be right, and the sauce for basting must be right. there are other little tips as you cook but only watching and practicing will get you really good ribs.
pick hot dogs for know!
