Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(This is for the Spanish Speaking people. What is "Cremor Tartaro" in E),it will help you,my kids.

I am baking a cake, and in order to make the frosting like on the Mexican and Italian cakes, I need egg whites, sugar and "cremor tartaro", which gives the mix consistency. Can someone help me figure out what it means. I tried translating it but it won't work.

Answers:
It must be cream of tartar. It is used to help beat egg whites stiff. If you don't have any or can't get any, beating the egg whites in a copper bowl does exactly the same thing. And I have left it out entirely and *not* used a copper bowl, and I have never had any problems.

Other Answers:
cream of tartar

I believe this ingredient is "Cream of Tarter". I don't speak Spanish but I'm pretty good at languages and a good cook. If I was using this receipe I would try Cream of Tarter with confidence for this ingredient as I've used it several times before in frosting.
"Cremor" = Cream
"Tartaro" = Tarter.......Cream of Tarter
Hope this helps...let me know if you can...interested
