I assume the dough is sticking to your hands. I just use a bit of flour.

use a kneading machine something like a (Kitchen Aid Mixer)
I suppose if you really have an aversion to getting flour on your hands, you could use purple nitril gloves. They also come in aquamarine.
I usually put some cooking oil on my hands. the flour still sticks but it's not as bad. I have tried it when I make homemade biscuits and it doesn't stick at all.
