Answers: go to an ice cream store like baskin & robbins buy some dry ice place in a bowl then place a smaller bowl with your ingrediants, top and cover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yes, all should be ok just try not to open the cooler a lot during your travel time!. If you have a "dry ice" supplier nearby that would be better than ice, just do not touch it (it will burn your skin)Www@FoodAQ@Com
The cooler with ice should be fine!. it only has to stay under 41F and if it were to go above that you have 4 hours before anything bad would happen to the cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
