Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Types of Simple, Cheap and Healthy food?),it will help you,my kids.
By simple I mean takes little time(or none) to serve and healthy I mean doesn't make me feel tired and slow, like pizza, after eating it. Cheap is really nice, but I'm open. Thank you so much if you can help.
Answers:
Fried or baked rainbow trout with sliced avocado and a baked potato on the side. The whole meal only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and it tastes like it was prepared in a gourmet restaurant. The good part is that it is a very economical meal. One rainbow trout about $3.00, one avocado about $.89 and one potato about $.30. The total less than a good TV dinner.

Frozen vegtables. 5 min in the microvae and they are ready. Also ramen soups put a package in boiling water 3 min and it's done. Well, I think salads would be very good source of quick as well as healthy food and you can also add fruits and cereals with lots of fiber in it.
Rice with mixed vegetables, celery & peanutbutter, peanuts, raisins & pretzels mixed. Tuna NOT mixed with mayo, on crackers.
Fish and green vegetables are my fave... you can cook the greens in the microwave if you want (i.e. spinach, some chopped onions, a couple whole cloves of garlic, and a wedge of lemon, and a little butter or garlic, and, of course, salt and pepper. If you eat the garlic expect it to be bitter) just cook until wilted. In the case of the fish, i prefer tilapia, i cook that in the oven on high heat i use the same ingredients (sans the spinach) but i put the onions, garlic, lemon, and butter in the bottom of the pan with the fish on top, sprinkle liberally with pepper and bake until firm and flaky, give one extra squirt of lemon when finished. Go wild with the veg. try broccoli, asparagus, collard greens, etc..(just remember the greener the better), just do me a favor and stay away from the canned vegetables, they have no nutritional value and they just taste like crap. The fish can also be cooked in the microwave, but it is better in the oven. P.S. this whole meal can feed two for less than ten bucks, I have done it. I have a degree in the culinary arts and 6 years experience as a chef and I am currently a full-time student so I know what it is like to be on a budget, and remember nobody is born knowing how to cook, we all make a plate of **** every once in a while, do not let that keep you from getting creative. Enjoy!!Easy chicken and noodles
1 pkg of bowtie or penne noodles
1 lb chicken breast, diced and boneless
1 onion, peeled and diced
1 can cream chicken soup
sour cream, optional
salt/pepper
Cook noodles acording to the package.
While the noodles are cooking, in a skillet add 3 tsp of oil. On med/high heat sautee the diced onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add cream of mushroom soup into meat mixture, mix well.
Lower heat to med/low. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. When meat is cooked, turn off heat. Add a few dollops of sour cream and mix. Cover and wait for noodles to be cooked.
Drain the noodles, and serve meat over a plate of noodles
