We do the corned beef and cabbage with lots of red potatoes and carrots and califlower. I also make a Irish Dairy Cake that is authentic and wonderful.

Happy St. Patty's Day to you all!!!!

Being Irish...we ate most of these foods all year round but on St. Patricks Day they seemed to taste better...lol

We would have Pigs knee and cabbage, champ, lots of soda bread and potato farls, rice pudding and of course a good cup of tea or Irish coffee

Later in the evening...more tea and scones

Yup we have colcannon too...basically the same as champ....except cabbage is used

some potatoes, califlower, roast, and some Bailey's!

Corned Beef and Cabbage with the trimmings.......Irish Dairy Cake....hummm never heard of that...but it sounds great..

I love IRISH potatoes even if theyre not from ire land

well i just like to bake white cupcakes, with green frosting om top..

Normally we have: poached salmon with Irish butter sauce, champ w/peas, soda bread with butter. Today I am trying an Irish fish pie, made with leeks and mashed potatos.

Thanks for the recipe. We will have corned beef and cabbage today.
