Pizza - make a whole-wheat crust and top with tomato sauce, fresh herbs, veggies and a little cheese.
Fries - cut up a potato, toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast on a non-stick baking sheet at 425 degrees.
well you oudl make your own pizza with whole grain dough tomato sause non fat cheese with olives or mushrooms or spinach or brocolli on top or all of it!!
its totally healthy and its still pizza =]
