Ahh sausages the food of Gods ... I would say ..Pork , Beef and then Lamb .. god i love lamb and mint sausages ... have seen turkey sausages as well .. not sure about them...
Definitely pork as pig was domesticated earlier than bull ... plus beef sausages never really made it cuz of Mad Cow Disease ....
